Inter Parfums, Inc., a leading fragrance company, has signed an exclusive global license agreement with luxury fashion brand Roberto Cavalli for fragrances and beauty products.
Under the new partnership, Inter Parfums will develop, produce and distribute Roberto Cavalli fragrances worldwide. The license will be managed by Inter Parfums Italia, the company’s subsidiary based in Florence, Italy.
This aligns with Inter Parfums’ strategy to create an Italian brand hub, leveraging its local resources and infrastructure. The company aims to expand Cavalli’s fragrance portfolio with new launches starting in 2024.
Roberto Cavalli first debuted its perfume collection in 2002. Its signature scents will now gain Inter Parfums’ prestige fragrance expertise, international distribution scale, and marketing strength.
Inter Parfums CEO Jean Madar cited strong potential in the partnership, with plans to “modernize and elevate” Cavalli fragrances. The deal highlights Inter Parfums’ position as a leader in luxury fragrance licensing.
For Roberto Cavalli CEO Sergio Azzolari, the collaboration will drive the strategic growth of its beauty pillar. Inter Parfums brings proven success in supporting brand trajectories in Italian luxury fashion.
