Luxury fashion house Dior has teamed up with rapper IDK to design uniforms for the innovative No Label Academy. The non-profit, co-founded by IDK, aims to make music education more accessible by partnering with Harvard. For the 25 students in the program, Dior creative director Kim Jones and IDK created preppy ensembles featuring Harvard’s signature colors.
The uniforms integrate Dior’s refined aesthetic with IDK’s creative vision. Students will don burgundy and navy sweatshirts, t-shirts, chinos, and moccasins accented with Dior Oblique and CD Diamond motifs. Beyond supplying uniforms, the collaboration highlights the presence of underrepresented communities within elite institutions like Harvard.
According to IDK, the initiative helps break down barriers faced by prospective Ivy League students of color. By outfitting No Label Academy students in designer uniforms, Dior and IDK hope to inspire the next generation of young creatives. The collaboration represents Dior’s commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity in the arts.
